BALLET SHAPE
Ballet body shape is distinct and recognizable by elongated and well-defined muscles of enviable strength and stamina. This kind of form is exactly the goal of the BALLET SHAPE program. This is an original program which is the synthesis of knowledge gained from fitness, Pilates, functional, circular and cardio trainings, combined with basic ballet exercises.
The soundtrack of classes is popular music.
Apart from health benefits that regular exercise brings to your body and mind, the goals of this program are enhanced muscle spindle, ballet elegance in posture and excellent shape and fitness.

CLASSICAL BALLET FOR ADULTS
The program is intended for those who always wanted to dance ballet, but never had the opportunity, as well as for those who have previous experience and knowledge of classical ballet.
Ballet brings many benefits in both physical and emotional sense. It makes you stronger and more flexible, develops coordination through various movements, raises your energy levels, builds confidence and brings the feelings of peace and relaxation.
One of the greatest positive effects of this program is the correction of body posture. You’ll not only look much better, but the “ballet posture” will also enhance your feeling of confidence.

DANCE SHAPE
HIP HOP
The course is held in two groups, according to the age and the complexity of the program – one group is intended for children ages 7 to 10 and the other for ages 16 and older, including the adults.
This is a dynamic and entertaining program intended for everyone who want to enter the world of hip hop without previous experience and knowledge. During the course, the students will learn the basic steps, technique and styles characteristic for this dance.
We’ll introduce you to principal moves such as “groove”, “bounce” and “isolation” which are the basis of hip hop. The focus is on understanding the rhythm in hip-hop music and dance, as well as synchronizing the moves with the music.
Hip hop is a challenging, but an exceptionally satisfying dance style which enables exploration of your personality and creativity through movement. This course will be an excellent opportunity to enter the world of hip hop while developing your skills at the same time.

Word yoga comes from a Sanskrit word yuj meaning “to bind together”. The very goal of yoga is the unity of body, heart and mind.
Hatha Yoga consists of positions (asanas) and exercises in which the movement is in sync with the breathing; breathing exercises (pranayama); meditation (dhyana); and relaxation (yoga nidra). Benefits of yoga are many and versatile. It releases from stress, diminishes pain, enhances breathing and flexibility, gives strength, regulates weight, helps with blood circulation, decreases cardiovascular problems, corrects posture and develops mindfulness (awareness of the present moment).
